The cards of other players can be moved only after the dealer racks the pot. You can touch or move the cards of other gamblers only if they permit it. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. It is up to the player to decide whether to cut the deck or not. He can let another player to his right do it. If the player decides to tap it means that there is no need for cutting. Never answer the mobile phone during the game. It equals to folding. The cell phone has to be turned off or leave it at home. A player should not talk across a player who is involved in a hand. Never use profanity and obscenities during the game. Players can’t shout in the casino, even if you win or lose. Nobody can make you stay in the casino longer than you wish. You must hold the dealer and his job in respect. The dealer is not to blame if you don’t win. It will be better if other players don’t see the cards you discard, so you’d better discard them on a low line of flight.
Place chips as far forward as reasonably possible to make it easier for the dealer to scoop them. Don’t keep silent if you notice that the dealer or some player has made a mistake. Classic First Nations Poker Hold.
